Since 2009, ICE has been connecting young people in Hong Kong with the world — working with people from 83+ nationalities across 150+ schools and universities. 🎓 Internships
For university students who want real ownership, not coffee runs — with a flexible schedule that works around your studies.
- Education Design playful lesson plans and props, then step on stage as an assistant facilitator.
- Business Development Pitch ideas, meet partners, and make friends across 30+ nationalities.
- Community Run our Explorers' Month and community events, and grow the ICE network.
- Project Management Plan and coordinate school and corporate projects from first idea to final applause.
🎤 Facilitators & Instructors
For anyone with a stage presence, a craft or a story to share — freelance, part-time or full-time.
- Trainer–Facilitator Lead our cultural programmes in schools across Hong Kong. Big energy, fluent English and genuine curiosity matter more than any teaching certificate.
- Workshop Instructor / Service Provider Got a craft, a cuisine, a language, a dance or a story from your corner of the world? Run a workshop with us and share it with Hong Kong's young people.
