NEPAL NIGHT: MOMO & MOMENTS

Our Global Cultural Ambassadors, Aarya and Pragya took us on an adventure in a fun night full of Nepali culture. Guests munched on delicious momo (yes, resisting the urge to add that 's') and chow mein while trying their hand at Nepalese script. They also tested their memory with a super cool card game, Flipchaa, that taught us about notable items in Nepali tradition. Huge thank you to our ambassadors for sharing your culture!

SUNNY TOURS KWAI CHUNG PLAZA

Sunny, our local guide with a knack for discovering yummy foods brought us to try hidden gems in Kwai Chung Plaza. At the heart of Kwai Chung district, Sunny guided us through his recommended bites. We went full on street food tour with classic fish balls, nostalgic Hong Kong style mixed noodles with lots of umami toppings, flaky Taiwanese pancakes, and crispy egg waffles filled with salted egg among many others. Already looking forward to the next stop by our beloved foodie!
